— Licensed Clinical Practice

What we treat. How we work.

This is a licensed clinical practice. The work is evidence-based, modality-specific, and honest about what therapy can and cannot do. If your situation fits, we name it plainly and get to work.

/ Presenting Concerns

Specific issues, named directly

Anxiety and Chronic Stress

Life Transitions

Relational and Behavioral Patterns

Generalized anxiety, panic, perfectionism, and the patterns that keep the nervous system stuck. Approached with CBT and ACT frameworks.

Career shifts, relationship changes, loss, and identity disruption. Work focuses on naming what is actually shifting, not reframing it away.

Repeating relational dynamics, avoidance, and self-defeating behavior. Schema therapy and psychodynamic approaches clarify the underlying logic.

• What to Expect

The intake process, plainly stated

The first session is a conversation. You describe what brought you here. No intake worksheets to complete before we have talked — the paperwork follows the fit, not the other way around.

From session two onward, we work within an agreed framework. The modality is named, the pace is honest, and the direction is revisited whenever the work calls for it.

If this fits, the next step is simple

A free 15-minute consultation to confirm the fit. No commitment, no intake forms — just a direct conversation about whether to proceed.
